Met Cindy yesterday for dinner to pass her some stuff. Still the same old girl but now, she's more crap than before. And more thick skinned.
Colin will be flying off to Aussie tomorrow. The 4 musketeers will be incomplete without him, definitely.
We got this nick during sec 3 because the 4 of us were among the few who always got called up by teachers for the wrong reasons. Sloppy, incorrect corrections etc. Because of these 3 people, I've learnt the joy of schooling despite all the exams, tests, getting f9s for Geography and Chemistry etc.
He's the more studious one compared to the 3 of us, always going for tuition after school or piano lessons whereas Shawn, Zw and me would be at Queensway Macdonald having lunch.
It's amazing how 4 people with totally different character can become the bestest of best friends, sharing a bond that even blood brothers don't have, staying out late till wee hours in the night, sharing our problems with one another that we find it uncomfortable telling others, knowing that whatever happens, this brotherhood will still be there.
To Colin:
Now, you'll be heading off to a brand new start in life. Do us proud and study hard. Don't sia sway the musketeers. Don't come back with an angmoh slang and forget how to curse and swear in hokkien. Spread your hokkienism to the people there. Get your Skyline ready by December and zeng it till max. We'll have a test drive when we visit you in December. Go hook up some ABC and show her to us when we fly over. Haha.
Study hard and play hard. =)
